Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas 
Jack Skellington is so taken with the bright baubles and shiny packages of Christmas Town that he decides to pack them all up and take them home to Halloween Town.
Based on sketches and drawings developed by Tim Burton (who also produced and co-wrote), this film displays Burton's fascination with the more sinister aspects of fairy tales.
