ACMI and Filmoteca present the inaugural Melbourne Latin American Film Festival, a program of new feature films and documentaries from Cuba, Chile, Venezuela, Colombia and Brazil. The program also includes a rare outing for masked Mexican cult action heroes, Santo and the Blue Demon in Santo y Blue Demon contra el doctor Frankenstein.
