Tanya Notley has ten years experience in developing and researching ICT and development projects. She is currently employed by Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and for the past two years has worked as the Research Associate for an Australian Research Council funded project, The Youth Internet Radio Network Project. Tanya is now working on a new communications for development initiative at QUT and will be working with UNESCO supported community media centers in South Asia to explore the role of ICTs and creative content production in empowering poor people to have their voices heard.
