The 16th Melbourne Queer Film Festival brings to ACMI the best in queer film from Australia and around the world.

Highlights of the festival include a rare screening of Leontine Sagan's controversial all-female drama about life in a Prussion Boarding School - Mädchen in Uniform; Gasoline the surreal debut feature from Italian filmmaker Monica Stambrini; and Good Boys a daring first feature which recounts 24 harrowing hours in the lives of two Israeli hustlers.
Look out for panel discussions on gay male body image and the hot topic of the moment - gay marriage.
