A series of four games, commissioned by Tom Cross and the Illinois House Republican Organization, that deal with four key issues facing Illinois voters in the 2004 state legislative election. The games are interrelated and your play in one affects your performance in the others. Importantly, their topics are not hot media-grabbers but the bread and butter issues of state politics - medical malpractice reform, education, participation, and economic reform. In playing the games, you come to understand the issues and the complex balancing act that policy has to deliver.
