15/15 Film Festival 2003 screens innovative films shot in 15 hours and up to 15 minutes in length from one Filming Day in rural, metropolitan and regional destinations around Australia and internationally. The festival provides exposure for emerging and independent filmmakers on a national and international level, starting in Melbourne, then travelling to 18 global destinations.
