Balding, down-cast François (Bernard Campan) enters a 'hooker-in-the-window' joint in Paris' Pigalle to meet the voluptuous Daniela (Monica Bellucci).
He reveals that he has just won the lottery and offers her 100,000 Euro a month to stay with him. Intrigued, Daniela accepts and appears to cheerfully transform herself into the domestic goddess of Francois' fantasies. Daniela's thuggish gangster boyfriend Charly (Gerard Depardieu), however, is reluctant to give her up.
