Serce na dloni tells the story of Stefan, a young man who, feeling his life is a total failure, attempts suicide.
Meanwhile, ailing multimillionaire Konstanty is looking for a heart transplant.
The two meet in hospital, where Konstanty tries to support Stefan's suicidal thoughts in order to save his own life.
A mediator between these two men is Angelo - Konstanty's assistant, and a man with the soul of a fallen angel...
