NYID is the name given to the Melbourne based group of artists who produce public performance events through the Not Yet It's Difficult Performance Series, under the artistic direction of David Pledger. NYID works across a range of art forms including theatre, film, dance and video. It is a project-funded company managed by a committee of artist-elected officials who determine company policy.
NYID produced a 52-minute satirical docu-drama called the UnMaking Of, based on the successful theatrical performance The Austral/Asian Post-Cartoon: Sports Edition, devised and performed by NYID.
