Presented on Saturday 25 October in Adelaide, ACMI has received one of the highest honours from the Australian Graphic Design Association. We were awarded a major prize in the category of digital media for the motion graphics for Eyes, Lies and Illusions, the spectacular exhibition we presented in 2006 - 2007.

The motion graphics for Eyes, Lies and Illusions were one of only 9 design projects awarded the prestigious Pinnacle award. Over 400 design projects were acknowledged as finalist or distinction across 17 categories. In a field dominated by creative agencies, the ACMI design team were the only in-house designers to receive an award. ACMI motion graphics designer Daniel Crooks created the motion graphics for the exhibition, based on the brand identity developed by graphic designer Felicity Hayward.
