AFTRS Friday on My Mind
From March 2012, the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS) is delighted to bring its weekly screen arts discussion forum to ACMI. Eminent arts leader Sandra Sdraulig will host the events.

The launch of Friday on My Mind in Melbourne follows its huge success in Sydney where it has become a notable regular event on the screen industry calendar.

The weekly discussion series allows the screen and broadcast industry, and interested members of the general public, to hear from the best in the business, first hand. Previous guests have included Alex Proyas (director: Dark City, I, Robot), Rachel Ward (director: Beautiful Kate), Jon Casimir (producer: The Gruen Transfer) and Bruce Beresford (director: Mao's Last Dancer).

Friday on My Mind is free, open to all and will take place every Friday from 5-6pm at ACMI. Details on guests will appear in AFTRS' weekly Red-Alert e-bulletin. Sign up to receive it via the AFTRS' website: http://www.aftrs.edu.au/

Sessions are Unclassified 15+ but may occasionally include 18+ material.
