I Love You Kirk, and took charge on both sides of the (digital) camera.

Scarlet Diva as a "sort of autobiographical cautionary dream about a sexy, successful Italian actress from a showbiz family - Daria Nicolodi makes a cameo - who just wants to direct".
The film is, as you might expect, unapologetically self-absorbed and stylistically free-wheeling, yet it also offers an astute and unsentimental dissection of the compulsions that motivate creativity and fame. Imported 35mm print.
