Collection
ACMI is home to a wide variety of moving image material - including 16mm and 35mm film prints, publicity photographs, film posters and unique objects. This material is a valuable screen culture resource for learning.
Persons living in metropolitan Melbourne and visitors to ACMI are able to access the widest range of collection materials in the Australian Mediatheque, our on-site resource centre, operating 7 days a week in collaboration with the National Film and Sound Archive and a range of other content partners.
Limited borrowing from the collection is available to institutions, film societies, commercial organisations and persons living in regional Victoria.
