Look Both Ways

Sarah Watt, 100 mins, Australia, 2005.

Look Both Ways examines the impact that random events may have on the lives of ordinary people.

This lecture explores the ideas, characters and themes presented in the film and examines the structures, conventions and techniques - including the ways in which director Sarah Watt breaks away from the traditional cinematic form through the use of montage and animated sequences - to construct meaning and express a point of view.
