Persepolis presents Marjane Satrapi's personal response to the dramatic social change in Iran following the 1979 Islamic Revolution.

This lecture highlights issues of family, homeland and personal belief and also explores the animation techniques used, the interweaving of individual life with historic events and the striking combination of references from Persian and Western popular culture.
