Join internationally-renowned saxophone quartet as they present their original score live on stage to the German silent film Berlin: Symphony of a Metropolis, directed in 1927 by Walter Ruttmann.

One of the world's most influential silent films, Berlin: Symphony of a Metropolis helped define the 'city symphony' film genre. It portrays life in roaring Berlin through visual impressions in a semi-documentary style.


The saxophone quartet is a Berlin-based chamber music ensemble with an international flair. The current members hail from Belarus, Australia and Germany and have studied in Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam and London. was founded in 2005 and has since then made a name for itself in various line-ups thanks to prestigious prizes and awards at national and international competitions.
