Tarantino promoted Kill Bill stuntwoman Zoe Bell (who broke into the industry as Xena stunt double for Lucy Lawless) to first tier on-camera duties in a take-no-prisoners cast alongside Rose McGowan, Rosario Dawson and Vanessa Ferlito.
