It's Raining Pleasure
premiere

Seminal Australian band The Triffids reunite in concert to pay a moving tribute to founding member and chief songwriter David McComb who died in 1999 aged 37.

Along with guest performers including Mick Harvey of the Bad Seeds, The Church's Steve Kilby and Rob Snarski of The Blackeyed Susans, the five remaining members talk to camera and celebrate in song McComb's genius from Bury Me Deep In Love to Wide Open Road to exclusive unreleased later works.

A highlight of the 2008 Sydney Festival, it's raining pleasure captures the event and haunting performances in all their celebratory intensity. Melbourne premiere!
