Wonder Woman
Claimed as the first, and most popular, female superhero, Wonder Woman was the creation of DC Comics consultant Charles Moulton.

When producer Douglas S. Cramer brought the heroine to TV in 1975, it became a testament to and a reflection of the blossoming feminist spirit of the times.

This series pilot stars the perfectly cast Lynda Carter in the title role. Strong, capable, independent and intelligent, she is sometimes amusingly unaware of the world outside her previously sheltered life on Paradise Island ("They steal money, and I have to fill out forms?? What a country!").

Joined by Major Steve Trevor (Lyle Waggoner), Wonder Woman sets out to battle the forces of the Third Reich.
