Play Misty For Me
Clint Eastwood took on both acting and first-time directing duties for this 1971 thriller (loosely inspired by Psycho) which was co-financed by his production outfit, Malpaso.

Hip West Coast DJ, Dave Garver (Eastwood) spins easy-listening jazz on Monterey's Radio KRML, trading on a breezy brand of easy charm and sex appeal. One night he hooks up with Evelyn Draper (Jessica Walter - Lucille Bluth from Arrested Development), a comely fan who abruptly morphs into an obsessed stalker.

Donna Mills (of Knots Landing 'fame') co-stars, and Don Siegel - who directed Eastwood in The Beguiled - appears in a cameo as a bartender. Imported print.
