The first electronic game to be featured in the exhibition is Spacewar!, designed by Steve Russell and friends on the PDP-1 computer in 1962.
A range of rare vintage arcade games follow, including the first manufactured arcade game Computer Space (1971) and Pong (1972), both developed by Atari founder Nolan Bushnell. Other major playable arcade games featured include Space Invaders (1978), Asteroids (1979), Pac-Man (1980) and Donkey Kong (1982).
