In his directorial debut, Gael García Bernal plays Cristobal, a rich boy who plans a party at his parents' weekend home, only to discover that his sister and her friends will be staying at the house that weekend as well.
Also present is the gardener Adán who has known Cristobal since the two were just children. The two old friends are drawn into the same system of class consciousness that divides the entire country.
