| The Iron Giant |
Nine year old Hogarth befriends a giant metal robot from outer space. Despite the robot's large scale and voracious appetite for metal, the two become friends, but not everyone is as understanding of the robot's differences as Hogarth, particularly in an era of Cold War paranoia.
Based on the story
The Iron Man by British poet laureate Ted Hughes, Brad Bird's beautifully animated adaptation features the voice talent of Jennifer Aniston, Harry Connick Jr. and Cloris Leachman, with Vin Diesel as the voice of the giant.
