James and the Giant Peach
James and the Giant Peach

Based on the marvellously inventive children's fantasy by Roald Dahl, James and the Giant Peach combines live action with stop-motion animation.

James' singular adventure begins when he discovers some magical crocodile tongues from which sprouts a tree with an enormous peach.

After managing to crawl inside the giant fruit, he meets some rather interesting insects that live inside it before sailing to New York City on a fantastical quest to make a dream come true.

The cast includes Joanna Lumley and Pete Postlethwaite, with voices by Simon Callow, Richard Dreyfuss and Susan Sarandon.
