City of God, this documentary is an intimate portrait of Brazilian hip-hop as lived by three very different non-professional rappers in Rio de Janeiro.
The stories include that of Macarrão, who uses hip-hop to chronicle the lives of his favela (slum neighbourhood) and Toghun, an old school rapper trying to make peace with his father.
