Education Bookings

Please note that teacher and student programs are subject to availability. Advanced bookings are recommended.

  • Booking requests should be made at least 14 days prior to visiting
  • It may take up to 10 working days to process your booking
  • Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a formal Booking Confirmation
  • A booking fee of $10 applies to each confirmed booking
  • Once confirmed, changes to dates and times are not possible
  • We will contact you via email if your preferences are not available 
  • Schools will be invoiced within 30 days of their visit to ACMI
  • Cancellations must be emailed to

* Cancellations to paid exhibition visits with more than 7 days notice will incur a fee of $25. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will incur a charge of 50% of the anticipated invoice total. Cancellations to other education programs (workshops, film screenings, lectures and talks) made with more than 28 days notice will incur a $50 charge. Cancellations made with less than 28 days notice will incur a charge of 50% of the anticipated invoice total.
