Presented by Multicultural Arts Victoria in partnership with OPEN CHANNEL, this exciting film project has provided a voice and a platform for young Melbourne film makers and actors from African refugee and culturally diverse backgrounds.

Five short films created by and featuring the young film makers and actors consider, document and celebrate the diversity and dynamism of new African Australian cultures emerging in Melbourne. The young artists have worked collaboratively over the past 6 months with professional film maker Thomas Baricevic and script writer Gorkem Acaroglu to bring their stories to the screen.
