Chateaux of the Loire
Live like a king for a day, with a visual tour of the magnificent residencies of the kings of France in the 1400s and 1500s.

Touring the mostly rural Loire region, the excursion will include some music of the age and introductions to some of the major personalities along the way.

Explore the Convent of Fontvreaux where Henry II and the great Queen Eleanor of Aquitaine are buried, Joan of Arc's Chinon, the royal Chateaux of Amboise, Blois and Chambord, along with Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau and Chenenceau.
