Celebrations all round as Melbourne's hottest winter exhibition notches up a record-breaking attendance milestone with more than 100,000 visitors passing through the doors to experience Pixar: 20 Years of Animation at ACMI.
The Melbourne Winter Masterpieces exhibition opened in late June and has since become the most popular exhibition ever staged at ACMI, more that doubling the previous highest attendance for Eyes Lies and Illusions.
Featuring more than 500 drawings, concepts, colorscripts, models and sculptures, Pixar: 20 Years of Animation has wowed audiences from across Australia and beyond, which continue to flock to ACMI to go behind the scenes of movies such as Toy Story, A Bugs Life, Finding Nemo, The Incredibles and Ratatouille.
Pixar: 20 Years of Animation continues at ACMI until Sunday 14 October.
