Warm up your lungs and don your legwarmers for a High School Musical 3 Sing-A-Long!
In the third instalment of the Disney screen musical, released in 2008, it's Senior Year at East High and the tight-knit group of students are all dealing with the fact they may be separated when they go off to college.
Super cute real-life couple Zac Efron (Troy) and Vanessa Hudgens (Gabriella) star in the biggest musical series to hit the big screen since Grease. Not since Sandy, Danny and Rydell High has there been a school-based musical with characters so loved by kids and teens around the world. HSM 3, as it is known to fans, was voted the year's Favourite Movie in the 2009 Kids' Choice Awards.
Leading the audience in song will be our very own local 'triple threats' Sabina Lokic (Neighbours, Secret Life of Us) and Alex Marriott (best known as Scooter in The Saddle Club), sure to be a hit with kids and parents alike. Don't worry if you don't know the words, you can follow our performers or the bouncing-ball on the screen.
As we saw with the success of the Mary Poppins Sing-A-Long event, this is an event for the whole family. Come in full voice, ready to sing your heart out. Go the extra mile and dress up and you could even win a prize for your efforts.
The High School Musical 3 Sing-A-Long event is on Sunday 18 April for two sessions only, 10.30am and 1.30pm, as part of Kids' Flicks.
