Legendary Australian experimental filmmakers and husband and wife duo Arthur and Corinne Cantrill take us on a journey through their Three Colour films in this live presentation.
Spanning three decades, these works reflect their interest in film and its endless possibilities.
Screening in this session are seven works: The Water Trick (1981), Notes on the Passage of Time (1979), Waterfall (1984), City of Chromatic Dissolution (1999), City of Chromatic Disturbance (1999), Ivor Paints Arf Arf (1998) and The Room of Chromatic Mystery (2006).
The Cantrill's films can be found in the collections of prestigious museums around the world including the Pompidou, MoMA and the National Film and Sound Archive.
