Journey Among Women
A group of female convicts escape into the wilderness and defend themselves with savage glee against wild bushmen and the soldiers attempting to capture them.
The film features mostly improvised performances, developed through acting workshops with the female cast. Working with a minuscule budget, these workshops were filmed on location on 16mm and essentially became the crux of the film.
