We open our season of controversial Australian documentaries with the prickly subject of paedophilia and the Australian art world in the premiere screening (this time, in its entirety) of
A Loving Friend.
Filmmaker Kerry Negara travels to Bali to talk to the boys who worked for and lived with renowned Australian artist - and self-confessed paedophile - Donald Friend from 1967.
A panel discussion with director Kerry Negara will follow the screening on Saturday 5 June.
