This clever, character-driven comedy centres on Martin (Hugo Weaving), a blind man who is so distrusting of the people around him that he takes photos to prove they really exist.

Dependent on finding a narrator for the photographs, Martin is drawn into a emotional ménage à trois with his housekeeper Celia (Geneviève Picot) and local kitchen hand Andy (Russell Crowe). Recently restored 35mm print.

Winner of the Golden Camera at the 1991 Cannes Film Festival and six AFI Awards.
