Jubilee
Jarman's vivid depiction and celebration of all that was punk about London circa 1977 is a dystopian vision of England - featuring fetish era pre-pop Adam Ant, Jordan, and cameos by The Slits and Richard O'Brian.

Jubilee was inspired by A Clockwork Orange, Burroughs style cut-ups of the infamous 'Sniffing Glue' fanzine and the life styles of the cast and crew. Jubilee remains the classic and definitive film of British punk, made in the midst of the explosion.

Join season curator Jack Sargeant for this special evening and rare screening.
