The Cyclist
Nasim, an Afghan labourer, is looking for an honest way to pay his wife's medical bills. Although his job as a well-digger pays poorly, he refuses to get into black market smuggling.
In desperation he accepts a bet from a stranger, who challenges him to ride his bicycle for seven days straight. His decision turns the the cycling square into a circus, with middlemen, bookies and hangers-on flocking to watch the spectacle.
With many betting against him and his strength depleting, it becomes clear that Nasim might not be able to finish the challenge. Will Nasim's hopes be crushed or will his determination win out in the end?
