Breakin'
Kelly (Lucinda Dickey) is a dancing student tired of the demanding regimen of her teacher. When she befriends some street kids devoted to breakdancing, she decides to rebel against tradition.

Breakin' features the film debuts of Ice-T (flexing his early Sugarhill Gang-style rap muscles) and Jean-Claude Van Damme.

Screens with the pilot episode of Clark Santee's Graffiti Rock (23 mins, USA, 1984). The very first hip-hop television show stars Run DMC, the New York City Breakers, Kool Moe Dee, and auteur-in-the-making Vincent Gallo, aka "Prince Vince." Followed by Gnarls Barkley's latest video clip, Run (3 mins, UK, 2008), a modern tribute to Graffiti Rock starring Justin Timberlake and directed by Happy, aka filmmakers Guy Shelmerdane and Richard Farmer.
