Lovely, Still
Robert Malone (Martin Landau) is a bachelor with more time on his hands than he quite knows what to do with. He comes home from his job at a mini-market one day and encounters a new neighbour, the elegant and self-assured Mary (Ellen Burstyn).
Mary suggests they have dinner together the following evening, Robert agrees and thus begins a late-life courtship that is as suprising and unexpected as it is tender and joyful.
The relationship deepens quickly, however, in ways that are both profound but also disconcerting for the self-contained Robert.
