Jim Broadbent, Miranda Richardson and Paul Bettany are all excellent in supporting roles, with Rupert Friend (Cheri) a worthy casting match for Blunt in the role of Prince Albert, the man who would become the Prince Consort and the enduring love of Victoria's life.
