Camino
Based on true events surrounding calls for the canonization of a Catholic schoolgirl in Spain, this extraordinary film focuses on a brave young girl struck down with an aggressive form of cancer and her imaginative and spiritual quest to reconcile her fate.

Screen International likens Camino to "a kind of collision between The Magdalene Sisters, Amelie and The Song of Bernadette", a comparison that aptly identifies the elements of drama, fantasy and expressions of religious devotion that are at work in Fesser's boldly conceived film.

Winner of 6 Goya Awards (Spain's Oscars) including Best Picture and Best Director.
