UpPixar's tenth animated feature film is a triumph of modern animation.
When 78-year-old widower Carl Fredricksen (voiced by Ed Asner, Mary Tyler Moore's gruff newsroom boss from the hit '70s sitcom) decides to fulfil a long-held dream to travel to South America, he quite literally takes off!
Fredericksen isn't alone for very long, however. Russell, an eager young Wilderness Explorer scout seventy years his junior inadvertently tags along for what very quickly becomes the most thrilling ride of their lives.
An excellent voice cast also features Christopher Plummer, who hams it up as a daring explorer cum super villain with shades of Howard Hughes.
