ACMI invites you to join us for a series of special events, floor talks, tours, workshops and forums as a part of the fantastic Setting the Scene exhibition. Meet the curators and featured designers, discuss the finer points of set design, act in your very own fantasy action movie, and even have your own exclusive after-hours exhibition party!
audio tour > $5 Special audio tours are available to talk you through Setting the Scene. In addition to some fascinating background about films featured in the exhibition, the tour includes special video interviews with four Australian production designers. Hear from Owen Paterson on Metropolis, Roger Ford on Mon Oncle and The Terminal, Chris Kennedy on The Shining and Stephen Curtis on The Cook, The Thief, His Wife and Her Lover. Pick up one of our Apple iPods at the ACMI Box Office to take the tour.
