Garry Westmore is a qualified teacher and senior producer of school programs at ACMI, with 18 years’ experience in the education sector and over a decade’s worth of experience designing learning programs and resources for museums. He is an avid gamer and has a particular love of story-driven games, cosy games and creative videogame worlds that can be shaped together.

Derek McCormack
Derek McCormack is director of the Raising Children Network where he leads a team in practising knowledge translation and delivering evidence-based online resources supporting parents and carers around the healthy development of children. For 20 years he has lead collaborations with federal and state governments, non-government organisations and community organisations on behalf of the two organisations that contribute to the Raising Children Network: the Parenting Research Centre and the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute.

Angharad Yeo
Rad is an award-winning television and radio presenter, MC, and critic. Her deep passion for technology, science, arts, and culture puts her in a unique position to dissect the rapidly changing landscape we find ourselves in - including the rise of AI - with insight, intelligence, and an energetic spirit. Her credits include pop culture podcast Game For Anything, Double J, ABC ME's Good Game Spawn Point, Catalyst, Queens of the Drone Age, ABC Science's Elevator Pitch.

Taylor Hardwick
Dr Taylor Hardwick is a postdoctoral research fellow at RMIT University. Her research examines children's digital play, games communities, cultures and production, and digital safety and accessibility. Taylor is on the boards of both Freeplay, the world's longest-running independent games festival, and DiGRAA, Australia's premier games research conference. She also plays an almost embarrassing amount of Minecraft.
