We have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional leader in building services operations to join our team.

The Building Operations Manager will manage the Facilities team, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure building systems, capital projects, infrastructure, construction and maintenance programs are fit for purpose. Additionally, you will play a key role in ACMI’s renewal project team in the lead up to closure and during the 10-month construction and fit-out phase to ensure an outstanding renewal outcome. The role is also responsible for managing tenancy arrangements, service partnerships and emergency management at ACMI.

You will bring your extensive leadership experience at a senior management level in the delivery of building services within a major public facility as well as extensive experience in the management and maintenance of infrastructure, building services and the delivery of significant capital projects.  Your value will come from your ability to work collaboratively as part of a large multifaceted team and your demonstrated experience in delivering complex construction projects.


This Grade 5 role is offered on a full time, limited duration basis and has a commencing salary of $96,942 + super.
