“It's the only game that's got a clinical trial showing that it reduces depression”

David Burt, founder and CEO of LinkedWellness

SPARX is an animated fantasy game and educational tool to help young people combat depression.

Pitched at teenagers between the ages of 19 and 25, SPARX helps young people learn life skills to combat depression by completing challenges based on cognitive behaviour therapies (a type of therapy that changes unhelpful or unhealthy habits of thinking, feeling and behaving).
