Digital portraits

Turn selfies into vivid, animated digital portraits

Using selfies, students will produce digital portraits and explore concepts of animation and augmented reality technology. Using an AR app they'll bring their portraits to life, turning a static image into a digitally enhanced portrait.

Students will:

- explore self-expression through portraiture

- explore abstract portraiture

- utilise augmented reality

This workshop also includes a pre-booked visit to ACMI's new exhibition The Story of the Moving Image.
