Didier, a surgeon in a Paris hospital, saves the life of Canello, a famous gangster. In order to show Didier how grateful he really is, Canello offers to eliminate Lydie, Didier’s overbearing fiancee. The contract on Lydie must be executed during an overnight train trip. But at the last minute, Lydie gives her seat to an other woman. Didier must now save the woman from becoming a victim of Canello.
