L'acrobate = the Acrobat

Leon, an often bullied bathhouse attendant, is too timid to get a date and must often share his nights and dreams with the local working girls. He is truly in love with one of them and does not quite know how to declare his passion. Leon decides to take up tango lesson. As Leon’s footwork improves on the dance floor, so does his ability to approach women. Awards: Prix de la Critique. Festival du Film d’Humour, Chamrousse 1976
