- ACMI has assessed the work as being in the public domain under the Copyright Act 1968 (CTH). This may not be applicable in jurisdictions outside of Australia.
- ACMI expressly makes no warranties or claims to being (i) the holder of any underlying rights in the Work, or any still frames thereof (“Underlying Rights”); or (ii) the copyright status of such Underlying Rights.
- As a requestor, I’m responsible for ensuring I’ve cleared permission with the owner of all potential Underlying Rights, if applicable for my own purposes and in my own jurisdiction.
- This request requires upfront payment for a downloadable MP4 file.
- If you are a researcher, you may be eligible for a discounted service fee.
- ACMI uses Stripe Payments Australia Pty Ltd (Stripe) to process such payments.
- ACMI requires a turnaround time of 48 to 72 hours to prepare files for processing.
- Once provided, files are downloadable for a period of 14 days.
