This captivating and thought-provoking production will engage senior secondary and tertiary students with an interest in film, theatre and performance.
Screening in ACMI’s Gallery 3, Charge! Agincourt is a film by Back to Back Theatre, commissioned by ACMI and generously supported by Rachel Griffiths & Andrew Taylor.
This action-packed film draws on the text of Shakespeare’s Henry V, setting the play’s pivotal battle scene between the English and the French in a recycling factory in North Geelong.
About your visit
The film is screening on a loop in a gallery space with limited seating. Visits will be enhanced by some introductory knowledge about Henry V and Back to Back theatre’s approach to performance.
Inside the gallery
Immersive sensory elements include:
- seating with embedded speakers that produce vibrations
- wall surfaces designed to be touched
- movable furniture that can be arranged to suit your needs.
